Painting the Base Plate Instructions
Products are listed below. Note: this requires patience and time
Step 1) Lightly sand whole Stainless steel base plate with 240 grit- this will give the epoxy product a rough surface to adhere to.
Step 2) Ensure surface is free of oily contaminants, wipe down with a solvent cleaner, Recosol R55 or equivalent.
Step 3) Mix the chosen colours of Norglass dye together to create required colour for Genestream lines.
Step 4) Mix desired amount of 2 parts (base and hardner) of Norglass Liquid Glass Epoxy Resin together in a small plastic cup. Add the dye to this mixture, apply to Genestream lines with a small brush, approx 12mm wide bristles. This process is time sensitive -only mix the hardener just pria to applying.
Step 5) Let cure 12 to 24 hrs.
Step 6) Repeat this process for the second colour of lines.
Step 7) Let cure 12 to 24 hrs.
Step 8) Repeat this process for the Luca location.
Step 9) Let cure 12 to 24 hrs.
Step 10) Mix desired bulk amount of (base and hardner) of Norglass Liquid Glass Epoxy Resin clear coat and apply over all, ensuring to apply Non Slip Glass Additive while still tacky/wet.
Step 11) Let cure 12 to 24 hrs
Step 12) Mix and apply, clear coat of Norglass Polyurethane, 2 pack, high gloss, over all. This step adds wear properties and stops product from turning yellow in the sun.
Step 13) Let cure 12 to 24 hrs
Genestreaming Sculpture Designs
The instructions bellow have been created to ensure that a business who is contracted to build a Genestreaming Sculpture will have clear step by step instructions to follow. They are shared in confidence with parties contracted to construct a sculpture and are not to be shared with any other parties unless sanctioned by the contracting party.

Process for proposing changes to the design instructions
A business who is contracted to build a Genestreaming Sculpture may not make any changes to the design without written approval. If the business who is contracted to build a Genestreaming Sculpture wishes to make a change to the design of the Genestreaming Sculpture they must follow the following steps.
- Contact design copyright holder Ben Beeton and the party who commissioned the sculpture to propose a time for a meeting where all parties are present.
- At the meeting explain the issue and the proposed change.
- Ben Beeton and the party who commissioned the sculpture will provide consent in writing for the proposed change to be made or they will deny in writing the request for the proposed change.
- Without written consent the business contracted to build the sculpture may not may any changes to the designs bellow.
